Festival de la Confraternidad Amazónica
Este festival tiene lugar en la ciudad de Leticia y se realiza con el fin de dar a conocer la diversidad y similitudes de los pueblos del trapecio amazónico. Con actividades deportivas, musicales, culturales y recreativas, muestras gastronómicas, etc., los visitantes y lugareños se dan cita para disfrutar del folclor, las costumbres, tradiciones y vivencias del Amazonas

Festival Internacional de Música Popular Amazonense “Pirarucú de Oro”
Este festival se realiza generalmente a finales del mes de noviembre cada año y se ha establecido como un espacio en donde convergen las diferentes manifestaciones musicales y tradiciones de la cultura interamazónica. En el escenario convergen artistas, compositores, autores, e intérpretes de los diferentes ritmos amazónicos. Fue creado en 1987 y lleva el nombre de este reconocido pez del río Amazonas y sus afluentes. Es importante conservar esta especie, por lo que las autoridades de los tres países: Perú, Brasil y Colombia han decretado la veda de noviembre a marzo de cada año.

Feria piscícola del Amazonas
Durante la Semana Santa el Malecón de Leticia se dispone para la celebración de esta feria, en la que los piscicultores de la región exponen toneladas de pescado como pirarucú, gamitana, pintadillo, palometa, sábalo, para que los lugareños y visitantes puedan comprarlos y conozcan más sobre la producción, reproducción, acopio, comercialización y manejo de los peces.
