¿Cómo llegar?
Vía Aérea
Para llegar a San Andrés, se puede tomar un avión desde Bogotá y Cartagena, en Avianca, Copa Airlines, Satena o Lan; vuelos chárter desde Medellín, Barranquilla y Bogotá. También hay vuelos internacionales, directos o haciendo conexión, con aerolíneas como Air Transat de Canadá, Copa Airlines Panamá, Tame desde Ecuador y Taca desde Costa Rica.
Para ingresar a la isla, es necesario pagar un impuesto, recaudado por la Oficina de Control y Circulación OCCRE, que debe cancelarse en el aeropuerto de origen. También es obligatorio presentar el tiquete de regreso.
Para llegar a Providencia, se toman vuelos directos de San Andrés, con las aerolíneas Searca y Satena, con una duración de 20 minutos.

Por vía marítima, arriban a la isla veleros, catamaranes y pequeñas embarcaciones de banderas internacionales.
¿Cómo movilizarse?
Para movilizarse en San Andrés y Providencia, se pueden alquilar carritos de golf, o “mulitas”, autos más grandes, provistos de luces. Este tipo de transporte se alquila por horas o por días y su costo varía de acuerdo a la temporada. (Requisito: Ser mayor de edad y tener pase de conducción.) También se pueden tomar taxis, aunque se recomienda pedirlos telefónicamente.
