Por vía terrestre:
Viajando en auto o camioneta, desde la ciudad de Santa Marta y siguiendo por la carretera hacia Riohacha, a 72 km. se encuentra el río Palomino y el corregimiento del mismo nombre, 1 Km después de este corregimiento, a mano izquierda se encuentra una puerta grande que da acceso a la ruta que conduce hacia la planta de Promigas y frente a ésta por uno de sus costados se puede apreciar la puerta de entrada al Hotel Playa Mandala.
Por vía aérea:
En este caso existen tres opciones.
La primera opción es viajar en avión hasta Santa Marta. Desde el aeropuerto de esta ciudad se puede contactar por intermedio del hotel (pagando una tarifa adicional), un transporte que llevará al huésped hasta el hotel.
La segunda opción es tomar un bus en el terminal de transportes de Santa Marta (Expreso Brasilia, Expreso Wayú), que viaja a Riohacha con parada en el corregimiento de Palomino, desde donde el hotel se hará encargará de recoger al huésped y llevarlo a sus instalaciones.
La tercera opción es llegar en avión a Riohacha, desde donde se puede tomar un bus (Expreso Brasilia, Expreso Wayú) o el hotel puede contactar un taxi, el cual tomará la ruta hacia Santa Marta y hará una parada en el corregimiento de Palomino.
